тогда вот взглядами разрешается кто едет первый. в жизни это работает так - начинаешь осторожно ехать, если другой стоит - то едешь, иначе - пропускаешь. Но обычно все-таки наблюдается точная очередность

...Да, в том случае если перекресток равнозначный (о чем писал до этого), то стоит специальный знак стоп с подписью "во всех направлениях" ("4 ways" или "All ways")

Right-of-way

Stop Signs

Right-of-Way Rules

Confusion can develop at four-way stop intersections. You should try to make eye contact with the drivers of other vehicles at the intersection to better judge their intentions and avoid accidents.
